I teach English Language Arts and coordinate Mott Hall III’s English as a New Language (ENL) program. As an ENL coordinator and instructor, I work closely with MH3’s administration, as well as co-plan and co-teach with eight general education teachers to ensure that all students are receiving the services and support they need.
After school, I direct the English as a New Language (ENL) program. I also help coach our baseball in the spring and basketball team in the winter. During the week, I teach a Journalism talent course where students are encouraged to become critical consumers and creators of media.
I graduated the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. I am currently enrolled at Lehman University to receive a Master’s Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).
